1.去掉 loading 动图，使用官网首页进入的loading h5动画；
2.增加迁移失败状态，提示迁移失败。

修改方法：
1、调整迁移后跳转的页面，醒目提示用户迁移失败，不提供再次迁移功能。
2、用户在“迁移外部项目”页面，单击“迁移项目”按钮后，进入提示正在从XXX项目迁移的页面。该页面需要去掉 loading 动图，使用官网首页进入的loading h5动画。
3、如果迁移失败，进入迁移失败提示页面。该页面目前没有，需要新增。
4、如果迁移成功，进入迁移后的项目页面，该功能已有，无须调整。

第2点和第3点的界面样式请参考界面设计。
