当前尝试从gitee迁移外部项目，第一次迁移提示迁移失败，但是没有告知 错误原因
再次通过导航栏“+>迁移外部项目”迁移后，迁移成功。
期望的解决方案或建议
当迁移失败时，提示用户基于什么原因迁移失败
直接在页面增加一个“再次迁移”的按钮，用户可以一键再次操作迁移。避免用户额外的操作。
