如果一个repo是fork得到的，在repo首页会有下述内容，算是快捷通道，contribute可以提交当前repo的修改到upstream， fetch upstream可以更新upstream的内容到当前repo

拉取上游更新Fetch upstream实现：

  1. 当前用户对于当前repo是可以创建PR的
    在仓库首页“创建合并请求”旁，增加按钮“拉取上游更新”
    1.1 上游分支有新的commit
    鼠标在“拉取上游更新”按钮处停留，显示悬浮信息“当前分支落后上游分支xxx个提交”
    1.2 上游分支没有新的commit
    鼠标在“拉取上游更新”按钮处停留，显示悬浮信息“上游分支没有新的更新”
    1.3 点击按钮“拉取上游更新”
    进入创建PR的界面，默认内容从base repo拉取主分支内容 更新到当前repo当前分支
  2. 不显示按钮“拉取上游更新”
