新建DCU调试任务，若选择的数据集文件名称包含空格，则任务会立刻failed。
1、在上传数据集文件的页面，如果文件中包含空格，不允许上传。
2、openi SDK也需要修改。
3、历史数据集文件中带空格，不处理，维持原状。
