新建DCU调试任务，进入容器执行c2net库的prepare()方法会报错：
ValueError: ❌ Failed to obtain environment variables. Please set the DATA_DOWNLOAD_METHOD environment variables.”
测试任务名：wjtes2024020114t26144740
找不到环境变量的error，已经解决。
但是执行prepare()仍然会报错：
PermissionError: [Errno 13] Permission denied: '/tmp/code/.code_cache_file'
无权限问题已经解决。
@lewis 发现新问题：若新建dcu调试时选择的数据集文件名包含空格，则任务状态会failed。另外提issue #5203 跟踪。
