智算训练任务running过程中被停掉、自然运行成功、自然运行失败，任务状态标识没有做很好的区分。
目前正式环境：
智算gpu训练任务，手动停止后状态是SUCCEEDED
智算npu训练任务，手动停止后状态是FAILED。
