因为积分账户余额不足被停掉的训练任务，算力资源使用结束提醒通知（微信通知）的任务状态与实际不符。
智算gpu训练任务 被停掉后，云脑任务详情页面的状态是succeeded，不是微信通知里的stopped。

有待讨论：是优化云脑任务的状态标识，还是改微信通知。

目前正式环境，
启智gpu训练任务，手动停止后状态是STOPPED
启智npu训练任务，手动停止后状态是KILLED
智算gpu训练任务，手动停止后状态是SUCCEEDED
智算npu训练任务，手动停止后状态是FAILED。
