1、新用户注册时需绑定微信号。
2、新用户注册时不需要填写电子邮箱，也不需要通过邮箱激活帐号。
3、新用户注册成功后，引导至个人中心页面，在该页面新增创建云脑任务、代码仓、数据集、模型的入口。
4、个人设置页面绑定微信和解绑微信处需调整为一旦绑定了微信就只能更换微信不能解除绑定微信，未绑定微信用户一样可以绑定微信。
