模型列表页面下载模型大小异常

有用户反馈，在模型列表页面下载的模型大小异常，在模型详情页面”模型文件“页签下载的正常

1、小于等于500M的模型，沿用原来的下载功能。
2、大于500M的模型，在模型列表页单击“下载”按钮、在模型详情页单击“下载全部模型文件”时，提示用户通过openi库下载模型的方法。提示方法类似于新建云脑任务时的在线推理部署须知。

通过测试。 #5426 后面再优化。
模型大于500MB时，在模型列表页单击“下载”按钮、在模型详情页单击“下载全部模型文件”时，会提示用户通过openi库去下载模型。截图如下：
