在公开项目下创建通用任务后，首页、个人中心的活动动态，计算资源展示不一致。
首页：xxx创建了GPU类型通用任务xxx
个人中心：xxx 创建了CPU/GPU类型通用任务 xxx

通用任务列表，计算资源显示：CPU/GPU。
新建通用任务页面，计算资源显示：英伟达GPU。

目前通用任务提供的规格，也只有GPU，没有CPU。待确认用哪一种？ @tanglj

最新效果：

  1. 创建通用任务的活动动态，已改为“GPU类型”
  2. 云脑任务列表—通用任务的计算资源，保持现状，仍然是“CPU/GPU”。
