复现步骤：
1.修改旧的GCU训练任务（旧，是指 特性 #5102 上线之前创建的），镜像字段自动填入enflame-py3_train，点击新建任务
期望结果：优化用户体验。要么新建后能running，要么修改界面 不自动填入enflame-py3_train。
实际结果：任务会一直waiting，看简况是拉取镜像失败。
1、修改旧的GCU训练任务，镜像字段自动填入enflame-py3_train，点击新建任务，会提示“该镜像不可用，请重新选择镜像。”，重新选择镜像后，任务正常运行，任务详情显示镜像地址，测试通过
2、修改新的GCU训练任务，镜像字段自动填入镜像地址，提交任务，任务正常运行，测试通过
