收藏镜像被取消推荐后仍然能被选到并使用

复现步骤：
1.用户A提交的镜像，被设置为平台推荐镜像imageA
2.用户B收藏了该镜像，新建云脑任务时选择镜像，在我收藏的镜像页签可以选到imageA
3.imageA被取消推荐
4.用户B新建云脑任务，选择镜像，切到我收藏的镜像页签
期望结果：？
实际结果：可以选到imageA

已确认，保持现状。
