希望智算NPU训练任务running时被手动停止了，也能拿到训练结果。代码写法是怎么样的？
目前虎鲸实现了自动回传，有个前提条件：任务自然运行结束、未被中断。

最新效果：已提供示例代码 npu_mnist_example/train_epoch_upload.py 。
并且有添加注释：每个epoch结束后，都手动上传训练结果到启智平台，注意这样使用会占用很多内存，只有在部分特殊需要手动上传的任务才需要使用
