【统一路径】弹窗通知勾选了不再提醒后，清空浏览器缓存还是会弹出来

统一路径sdk功能上线后，用户只要一登录就会看到弹窗通知。若勾选了不再提醒，用户清空浏览器缓存后，还是会弹这个通知。
