虎鲸侧新增加了1个资源池队列-天数智算中心，调度到这个资源池的调试任务、推理任务，存在智算中心名称显示问题：
1.管理后台、数字看板 【智算中心】列显示 "iluvatar"，无论当前语言是中文、英文。
2.任务详情页面显示“天数智算中心”，无论当前语言是中文、英文。
