1、新建智算集群NPU调试任务时，增加PyTorch迁移至MindSpore的镜像，然后用户再调试环境中运行脚本，将PyTorch迁移至MindSpore，并进行一些代码调整，然后将修改后的适配MindSpore的代码commit到代码仓。
2、在新建智算集群GPU调试和训练任务页面，有排队时，在排队提示后面增加PyTorch迁移至MindSpore的操作视频入口。
3、在首页增加banner。
4、在banner下面快速入口增加一个入口。
