#4961 推理任务新增支持天数智芯的推理卡

1、新建推理任务时，在新建推理任务的页面，计算资源增加“天数智芯GPGPU”。
2、重构推理任务。
3、重构推理任务时，需包括根据资源规格显示匹配的镜像的功能。参见 #4772

日志输出乱序，已提 #5064 ，依赖章鱼解决。

已经上线。示例代码有待更新，目前是跳转到了GPU示例代码仓 inference_for_c2net.py文件。
