【上传数据集】第二次续传时进度条不应仍然从0开始

上传单个20GB大文件，上传到60%时中止上传，第二次上传时进度条仍然从0开始，未明确体现是续传，容易让用户误以为是重新传了一遍。建议优化交互。

续传刚开始时候，进度条数字显示50-60了，绿色块只有一点点宽、与实际百分比不匹配。

通过测试。
备注：续传时可能会看见进度条先涨满再回退，因为计算MD5、上传分片都有进度条，涨满是计算MD5的。
