需要调整的功能包括：
1、在线运行notebook(y)：CPU用智算的MLU的0卡,GPU用智算的T4
2、推理任务：和重构一起修改，增加应用场景（c、c）参考#4961
3、评测任务（z）:已下线启智GPU资源
4、模型转换（z）：修改数据调度、数据回传、任务发送，已完成。
5、联机帮助资源说明、云脑任务等（c）
