正式环境的NPU调试任务详情页面会展示模型下载地址，启智集群展示的是https格式下载地址，智算集群展示的是s3格式下载地址。
帮助文档中写到：https格式地址通过wget命令下载，s3格式地址通过moxing API去拷贝。

model_update分支中，选择模型变为文件夹之后，https地址无法通过wget方式下载。看是否优化下？ @tanglj
