正式环境存在该问题。
组织项目 org_wjtest / aitest 勾选了启用模型、超算，组织owner查看项目主页可以看到这2个页签，组织团队成员看不到。

仍然可以复现。在团队设置时若读权限未勾选模型，改成管理员权限后该团队成员会看不到模型页签。
项目页签能否看到应该是项目设置页面的功能。 团队成员的各个功能权限是限制是否有操作权限。
团队成员的各个功能权限也是叠加在项目页签上的。
组织下的私有项目，团队权限设置允许访问项目单元才会显示|隐藏相应页签。组织下的公开项目，不受该设置影响。
