1、智算集群NPU调试和训练，接入新疆大学智算中心。
2、首页算力网图中增加新大智算。
3、看板中增加新大智算。
4、新大和启智GCU集群是非ModerlArts集群，调试任务详情页面给出的数据集文件下载地址无效，这种情况下不显示数据集文件下载地址。

个人中心-云脑任务页面展示的分中心名称不一致。筛选项显示“xju”，列表显示“新疆大学智算中心”。

个人中心-云脑任务页面展示的分中心名称不一致。筛选项显示“xju”，列表显示“新疆大学智算中心”。

修改app.ini配置AI_CENTER_CODE_AND_NAME_AND_LOC ，即可修复。
