1、在提交镜像页面，明确告诉用户哪些目录会打包进镜像，哪些不会打包。
2、在帮助文档中也明确说明哪些目录会打包进镜像，哪些不会打包。

/code 和 /dataset 中的文件不会被打包到镜像中，其他文件会被打包到镜像中。@chenzh @zhoupzh

帮助文档当前版本已说明，是否还需要修改？@tanglj

代码目录/code，数据集目录/dataset不会随镜像提交，其他目录都会打包到镜像中。
