开发环境遇到。
现象：云脑任务已经删掉，但扣积分状态仍然是消耗中。
测试任务名：wjtes202309191404418
经 @chenyifan01 初步定位原因是删任务、扣积分操作并发。

开发环境积分扣除间隔设置得特别小，遇到该问题时的现象是删除安全评测任务后、系统卡住了。
代码fix后，重试了3次未复现该问题。
