有时候调试任务状态变为running后点击调试会显示502 Bad Gateway

正式环境存在该问题。
新建调试任务后，当状态从waiting变为running后，立刻点击调试，新开页面会显示502 Bad Gateway.

等两分钟，点击调试就能打开Jupyter了。
