复现步骤：
1.创建智算调试任务，计算资源选择天数智芯GPGPU 或者 沐曦GPGPU
2.任务状态变为running，运行一会儿后点击停止
3.管理后台，对该任务点击再次调试
期望结果：无报错
实际结果：报错Resource specification not support any more
