【镜像】提交启智gpu镜像时若与已有智算gpu镜像重名会提示是否同意覆盖

正式环境存在该问题。
复现步骤：
1.新建启智gpu调试任务，提交镜像
2.镜像tag，填写已存在的智算gpu镜像tag。填好其它必填项后点击保存
期望结果：无明显错误
实际结果：
页面弹出提示：是否同意覆盖
接着点击同意覆盖后，页面报错“镜像提交失败”

提交启智gpu镜像时若与已有智算gpu镜像重名提示“镜像Tag已被使用，请修改镜像Tag。”
