【镜像】提交启智gpu镜像时若点击同意覆盖，新镜像创建时间未更新

正式环境存在该问题。
复现步骤：
前提条件：提交启智gpu镜像，重名
1.新建启智gpu调试任务，点击提交镜像
2.填入已存在的启智gpu镜像名称，点击保存
3.查看该镜像创建时间
期望结果：新镜像的创建时间
实际结果：旧镜像的创建时间

之前有提过类似问题，没有修改创建时间，修改了更新时间，更新时间界面没展示。暂不处理
