1、在启智AI协作平台登录的用户，第一次单击“实训课程”或“论坛”菜单进入相应页面，需再次单击“登录”按钮，才出现“应用授权”的页面，希望无须无须再单击“登录”按钮，直接看到“应用授权”的页面。
现状：登录启智AI协作平台 --> 第一次单击“实训课程”或“论坛”菜单 --> 单击 “登录”按钮 --> 看到“应用授权”页面
希望：登录启智AI协作平台 --> 第一次单击“实训课程”或“论坛”菜单 --> 看到“应用授权”页面

最新效果：
在启智AI协作平台，
游客点击“论坛”或“实训课程”，会跳转到登录页面；
已登录用户点击“论坛”或“实训课程”，若是第一次登录会弹出应用授权页面；若已经同意过授权，则会直接以登录态进入论坛或实训课程。

发现问题： #4638 应用授权页面点击Cancel后会显示一串json格式字符，依赖第三方解决。
