gcu卡类型，平台上目前提供的镜像 python版本过低，全部是2.7。无法安装openi的python包。
镜像总共有3个，分别是：
gcu_ubuntu_20.04_2.1.52_paddlepaddle_train
gcu_ubuntu_18.04_2.1.52_pytorch_train
ubuntu_20.04_enflame_2.1.52_train
最新效果：GCU镜像列表只能选到1个镜像，调试任务用 enflame-py3，训练任务用 enflame-py3_train。
这两个镜像内是有python3环境的，但是默认的python版本是python2.7，安装c2net库会失败。
