复现步骤：
前提条件：后台上架新云脑1的规格，并创建应用场景
1.新建智算GPU调试任务，规格选新云脑1的，镜像选择平台用户自定义的智算GPU镜像
2.任务running后，点击云脑任务列表——操作列—提交镜像，填完参数点击提交
3.探索-云脑镜像-我的镜像，查看状态列
期望结果：过一段时间，会提交成功
实际结果：过了30分钟，仍然显示提交中。

调试任务名称：wjtes20230721-newcloudbrain1
提交镜像名称：wjtestc2image-cloudbrain1
