#4486 【训练任务】单节点gcu训练任务下载日志默认文件名不用带节点id

单节点的gcu训练任务详情页面，点击下载日志，下载到本地的日志文件名带了“-0”，比如 wjtes20230705-tt335850997-0-log.txt。可以去掉。
正式环境，没有带节点id。
