【训练任务】模型图谱中当前模型悬浮窗训练任务名超链接不对

线上模型详情页面——模型图谱页签，鼠标移动到当前模型，点击悬浮窗中的训练任务名。期望是打开对应训练任务详情，实际结果是打开了1个空白的详情模板页。

模型介绍页签，侧边栏模型来源字段任务名也有该问题。
