为了方便统计平台用户使用各种框架如paddle/mindspore/tensorflow消耗算力的情况，可以在云脑任务分析的【数据概览】看板中增加按框架分布的情况，主要包括任务和算力分布，【数据详情】中可以增加使用框架选项，方便统计使用人数、任务个数、运行卡时
