复现步骤：
前提条件：pytorch框架的本地模型
1.在模型详情页面，点击调试模型
2.平台会fork当前项目，并进入新建调试任务页面。
3.查看默认计算资源
期望结果：gpu？？ 待确认 @tanglj @zouap
实际结果：智算NPU调试任务。但该类型调试任务可选择镜像暂无pytorch框架。
经确认，本地模型无法确认到底用什么训练的。目前都默认进入新建智算NPU调试任务页面。
