前提条件：私有项目，项目协作者账号
1.访问非本人创建的模型详情页面
2.点击调试模型，会自动fork当前项目并进入新建调试任务页面
3.查看模型字段
期望结果：自动选中当前模型文件
实际结果：模型字段空
私有模型，是否支持调试模型？待确认。 @tanglj
最新改动效果：模型是公开的才显示 “调试模型” 按钮。
