复现步骤：
1.调用sdk上传稍微大一点的数据集文件，上传过程中中止代码执行。
2.删除被上传的项目。
3.过段时间（预计这个文件会传完）后再次上传同个文件
期望结果：可以上传成功。毕竟网页上看不到这个文件。
实际结果：报错如下
ValueError: ❌ Upload failed: [model_o4uo-7.zip - GPU], already exists, cannot be uploaded again.
