用户反馈问题。
云脑1的用户点击邮箱找回密码，页面报错“非本地账户不能通过openi的web界面更改密码。”。
用相同邮箱去注册，页面提示“该电子邮件地址已在使用中。”

通过测试。
云脑1账号:
若从未登录过社区，可以直接注册。
若成功登录过社区、但忘记密码了，可以通过社区找回密码，该密码仅用于登录社区。
