重复上传的错误提示信息如下：
ValueError: ❌ Upload failed: [1.zip - NPU], already exists, cannot be uploaded again.
建议加上：已上传在哪个数据集。目前网页端重复上传错误提示是包含这个信息的。

提示已经上传在哪个数据集，这个数据集名称显示不对。永远是当前sdk调用要上传的数据集。

当前数据集相关接口无法查询到已存在数据集文件所在的项目，需要后续增加后端接口。
