由ai_task_refactor_v2_debug分支引入的。V20230517.patch分支不存在该问题。
复现步骤：
1.解绑微信后，对任意调试任务点击再次调试。
期望结果：提示绑定微信
实际结果：页面无响应。查看请求响应码403
