正式环境存在该问题。偶现。
智算NPU调试任务、智算NPU训练任务waiting状态时点击停止，任务状态会一直stopping。
原因是社区状态waiting时，可能分中心真实状态是creating，无法停止。
等待虎鲸解决。
虎鲸已经修复该问题。waiting状态的任务新增加detailed_status字段：dataMigrating、centerPending、centerCreating。
最新效果：
#4777 在社区侧增加了dataMigrating、centerPending的图标展示。
若在centerCreating状态下点击停止，页面会报错：“任务停止失败，请稍后再试。”
