复现步骤：
1.新建智算npu调试任务，有选择数据集文件、模型文件。
2.在状态变为running后，点击调试可以进入容器
3.点击停止，在状态变为stopped后，点击再次调试
期望结果：状态会变为running
实际结果：状态变为failed。任务运行简况页签 空，未展示原因。

任务名 wjtes202305251913446
