平台上的一些数值若较大时，显示单位K。需要显示精确数值的地方，鼠标移上去显示气泡。
比如1048，显示成1K。
1206，显示成1.2K。
1496，显示成1.5K。

数值显示的地方有：
项目广场-项目卡片，watch、star、fork，数据集、模型、AI任务数量
项目主页：watch、star、fork（鼠标移上去，显示精确数值）
数据集广场：收藏数、引用次数、下载次数
模型广场：收藏数、引用次数、下载次数
云脑镜像：引用次数、收藏数

不一定所有地方都要显示成K。看业务需要。
若不显示成K，建议显示千位分隔符，便于查看。
