复现步骤：
前提条件：模型文件已经删除的MLU调试任务

项目-调试任务列表，点击再次调试，报错信息 errMsgA
个人中心-云脑任务列表，点击再次调试，报错信息 errMsgB
检查步骤1和步骤2的err message是否一致
期望结果：一致
实际结果：不一致。
errMsgA: "任务中选择的模型不存在或者已被删除，请新建调试任务。"
errMsgB:"Resource specification not support any more"
