1、模型详情页面增加 使用模型 的入口。
2、用户选择使用模型后，可以新建项目/或fork现有项目。
3、项目建好后，可新建一个调试任务，该调试任务已经将刚查看的模型选中。

当平台有重名的项目（记作A、B）时，
同一个账号操作，先去项目A 点调试模型，会自动fork项目A，此时拉的是项目A代码；
然后再去项目B 点调试模型，这时候因为已经有同名项目了不会再fork，其实还是项目A的代码。
