优化了下数据集的界面：
1、去掉云脑1数据集这样的标题，因为已经选中了上面的tab；
2、优化数据集文件的展示列表；鼠标移到该文件上显示操作按钮：复制下载链接、数据集预览（如果有）、数据集标注（如果有）、新建云脑任务（如果有）、更多下拉菜单。
3、更多下拉菜单：取消共享（私有文件显示：设为共享）、复制文件MD5、文件重命名、删除；
4、私有文件在文件名称后添加锁定图标；
5、上传说明采用列表形式一起放到上传框下，原来此处的文件处理状态放到上传框的上面。
