云脑1侧任务状态会出现先running、再waiting的现象，这会导致已使用卡时统计不准，比实际值要小。
【数字看板】云脑一已使用卡时统计值小于实际to 【数字看板】云脑一已使用卡时统计值略小于实际 1 year ago只有在每个时辰的开始统计入库信息时，云脑状态变化会有影响；
比如先running、再waiting，这个时候是waiting状态不会把这条任务计入运行卡时；等变回running时就会计入运行卡时。
这种情况比较少见，限制于先running、再waiting的这段时间必须发生于开始统计运行卡时；
