复现步骤：
1.新建智算npu训练任务，在任务状态waiting时，查看详情页
2.按下F12打开浏览器开发者工具，切到console窗口
3.训练任务详情页，点击资源占用情况页签
期望结果：console无报错
实际结果：console显示Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of null (reading 'filter')
