复现步骤：
1.新建智算npu训练任务，选择某个模型文件A
2.删除这个模型文件A
3.在步骤1的界面，点击新建任务，任务创建成功但是状态Failed
4.查看任务详情页面的日志
期望结果：显示Failed原因
实际结果：空
测试数据：任务名wjtes202301121715268
最新效果：数据集文件调度失败时，日志页签会显示“handleDatasetModelStorageSchedule failed”
