与原型对比，新首页UI样式存在问题如下：

  1. 动态上方的文字，仅展示开源项目动态 改成：社区开源项目动态
  2. 立即使用按钮，背景色和原型一致
  3. 项目名称左侧，去掉加号
  4. 项目头像，显示在名称右侧了，改成显示在左侧
  5. 公告通知左侧和顶部菜单左侧对齐
  6. 推荐组织，一排显示4个，让“团队”字样显示出来
  7. 推荐项目，一屏显示3列
